Demonstrative Determiners- definition and examples
Demonstrative Determiners-
Demonstrative determiners or demonstrative pronouns are used to point out to a particular noun or the noun that is replaces. It helps in distinguishing the noun from similar things. In English language there are four demonstrative determiners. They are-
(i) this and these (near)
(ii) that and those (far)
*this and that are use with singular nouns
*these and those are use with plural nouns
For example-
(I) This movie is boring
(II) That idea is crazy.
(III) These brownies are delicious.
(IV) Those children are hungry.
